Obama touts aid plan’s impact on average Americans
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama took to the airwaves Saturday to promote his economic aid plan in what’s-it-mean-to-me terms: thousands of better schools, lower electricity bills, and health coverage for millions who lost their insurance.
