National Guard honors local family

Sgt. 1st Class Rick Haugen’s family in Dickinson is often busy with community and Army National Guard activities and it’s sometimes hard to get them all in one place at the same time. National Guard officials have recognized their extra effort and named them the state Army National Guard Family of the Year.
