Refinery equipment arrives in Billings from Okla.

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — While officials debated the safety of hauling huge loads of equipment from Idaho into Montana, an oversized load of refinery equipment made a two-month trip from Oklahoma to south-central Montana.
