Bauer proposes upscale hotel near airport

David Bauer of Bauer Property Management, LLC, proposed that a hotel be built near the Dickinson Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport at the Dickinson Airport Authority Commission meeting held Tuesday evening at City Hall.
