Mo River could go 2 feet above flood stage

BISMARCK (AP) — The rising Missouri River may cause water problems in south Bismarck for weeks, officials said Tuesday, while an Army Corps of Engineers manager predicted the river could rise 2 feet above its normal flood stage.
