Bismarck puts out ‘urgent’ call for sandbaggers

BISMARCK (AP) — City officials in Bismarck put out a call Wednesday for people to help fill sandbags, saying volunteers are urgently needed as residents along the rising Missouri River continue efforts to safeguard their property.
