5,000 gallons of road oil spill in ND tanker crash

CAVALIER (AP) — A semitrailer traveling from Canada rolled off a highway in northeastern North Dakota, injuring the driver and spilling thousands of gallons of an oil product. North Dakota Health Department scientist Mike Sauer says environmental damage appears minimal.
