Exxon said failed Mont. pipeline was deeply buried

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — People living near the oil-smeared shoreline of Montana's Yellowstone River are raising concerns about the risks and damage from a pipeline break that sent tens of thousands of gallons of crude into the watercourse.
