Eastern Stark County under flash flood warning following heavy rain
Much of eastern Stark County is under a flash flood warning until 10 p.m. today, according to the National Weather Service. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain fell throughout the area and runoff could cause flooding. Some of the heaviest hit areas are in southeast Stark County near Gladstone, Richardton, Taylor and Lefor. Cars across Dickinson were moving slower than usual as they navigated deep water on a number of streets this afternoon and one car could not be seen as it was completely under water.
