Expert: Ky. doc followed standard in penis removal

SHELBYVILLE, Ky. (AP) — The former head of Duke Medical Center's urology program says a Kentucky doctor followed the proper standard of care when he amputated part of a truck driver's penis after discovering a rare and deadly cancer.
