Dunn County commissioners approve comprehensive plan

MANNING — The future of Dunn County has become a little more defined after the Dunn County Commission accepted a comprehensive plan on Wednesday here with a 3-1 vote. Commissioner Tim Steffan cast the lone dissenting vote.
