Constructing 'Early Childhood'

Jesse Zeller, of Zeller Construction Inc., works Wednesday to cover the roof of the Early Childhood Center at 107 Third Ave. SE. The 11,500-square-foot facility will provide child care and early education to children from birth to age 3, as an income-based service to area families. Community Action Partnership is the grantee agency. It’s projected to be complete by June.
