North Dakota Highway Patrol Sgt. Dan Haugen had a busy Wednesday morning due to “extremely icy” conditions on Interstate 94. While on the scene of a rollover, he got a call for another rollover and had to stop on his way to that because he came upon another crash that hadn’t even been called in yet.
