Dalrymple urges Obama to approve Keystone pipeline

BISMARCK — Gov. Jack Dalrymple said Tuesday he’s pleased that TransCanada Corp. is moving forward to build a portion of the Keystone XL pipeline and urged President Barack Obama to quickly approve a permit to complete the project.
