Minnesota moose down 14 percent

DULUTH, Minn. — Minnesota’s beleaguered moose population has dropped nearly 14 percent over the past year, continuing a trend in decreasing population that began in 2005. The state’s lead moose research biologist believes it’s just a matter of time before one of the state’s most iconic species disappears from the landscape.
