Former Tulane defensive coordinator joins Bison staff

FARGO — Former Tulane defensive coordinator Steve Stanard, who has Midwest ties dating all the way back to Craig Bohl’s alma mater Nebraska, will be the new linebackers coach at North Dakota State.
