Lake Bemidji could see ice out
BEMIDJI, Minn. — It’s no joke — ice could be off Lake Bemidji by April Fool’s Day, if not before, according to state and local officials. If this occurs, Lake Bemidji will break its earliest ice out record, which was set on April 6, 2010. On average, ice has melted off the lake around April 26.By: Anne Williams, The Dickinson Press
