Proppant plant in Gladstone may be ready by 2013

GLADSTONE — About 30 people waited an extra hour for representatives from a Houston corporation to arrive to answer questions about a proppant distribution facility to be built near the city during an informational meeting at the Gladstone Knights of Columbus Monday.
