Dunn County commissioner to speak at SD Bakken conference

Dunn County Commissioner Daryl Dukart will be speaking at the Black Hills Bakken Conference May 2 and 3, which will be held at the Spearfish Holiday Inn Convention Center in South Dakota, according to a press release.
