Lawsuit challenges Nebraska’s pipeline review law

OMAHA, Neb. — Opponents of a proposed pipeline designed to carry crude oil from Canada under the Great Plains filed a lawsuit Wednesday challenging Nebraska’s new oil pipeline review law.
