Officials open one lane on Interstate 94 near Medora after semi catches fire

A semi hauling hay caught fire at approximately 1 p.m. today about four miles west of Medora on east-bound lane of Interstate 94, bringing traffic to a hault, according to the North Daktoa Highway Patrol.
