ND voters: Retire the Fighting Sioux nickname

GRAND FORKS — North Dakotans signaled Tuesday they’re ready to say goodbye to UND’s Fighting Sioux nickname, overwhelmingly favoring a ballot measure that would allow the university to drop the name.
