In all the millions of words spoken and written about the Supreme Court’s decision in National Federation of Independent Business, et al. v. Sebelius, Secretary of Health and Human Services (or the Affordable Care Act or “Obamacare”), something important has been overlooked: the benefits to ordinary Americans.
