ND governor throws out complaint seeking dismissal of Stark County Sheriff Clarence Tuhy

North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple has dismissed a complaint against Clarence Tuhy. Thus, the Stark County sheriff will not be removed from office, according to an order of dismissal released today by the governor’s office.
