Belfield company seeks training, housing facility: Landowner to make rezone request to Stark County Planning and Zoning Board today

Stark County’s Planning and Zoning Board will receive a request today to have 78 acres of land rezoned for use by Missouri Basin Inc. Energy Services in Belfield as a training and housing facility for its employees.
