'Blank check' development zone gets OK from planning board

A rezone request for a 116-acre parcel between Dickinson and South Heart got a nod to go before the Stark County Commission, although Dickinson attorney Christina Wiskus said her clients are not sure exactly what will be developed on the land near Highways 10 and 116.
