Second coalition challenges Wyoming wolf delisting

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A second coalition of environmental groups has filed a federal lawsuit against the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service claiming it violated the Endangered Species Act by ending federal protections for wolves in Wyoming this fall.
