Idaho kidnapping suspect arrested in Bismarck; Victim dropped off in Glendive, Mont.

BISMARCK — Police in Bismarck arrested an Idaho kidnapping suspect Wednesday after the man allegedly pulled a gun on a truck driver and then fled to a nearby trailer park.
