Travel Alert includes Dickinson, Minot and more

The North Dakota Department of Transportation and the North Dakota Highway Patrol issued a Travel Alert for the north and west regions of the state due to areas of blowing and drifting snow with increasing accumulations expected overnight shortly before 5 tonight.
