Bison, Sam Houston State tied at halftime in FCS title game

FRISCO, Texas — North Dakota State, boosted by a career record interception by Marcus Williams, and Sam Houston State were tied 10-10 at halftime Saturday in the Division I Football Championship Subdivision title game.
