NDSU down a football game in 2013, but UND won’t fill void

FARGO — North Dakota State is moving ahead with the idea Western Carolina will not be a part of next year’s football schedule on Sept. 21. As for a potential replacement, it’s doubtful it will be the University of North Dakota.
