Icy roads cause tanker rollover near Gladstone

GLADSTONE — Although Saturday afternoon turned out to be spring-like across much of western North Dakota, slick roads during the morning hours wreaked havoc for some motorists on Interstate 94 between Bismarck and Dickinson.
