A new way of staffing: PMI branches out from Florida to North Dakota

In a city and state with more jobs than people, Payroll Management Inc. is looking to correct that. The Florida-based staffing company first came to North Dakota to help with cleanup after the Souris River flooded Minot, said Jessica Hoyal, mid west regional manager.
