Engineer: Bully Pulpit best spot for new wastewater facility

MEDORA — Although he stopped short of endorsing the plan outright, the engineer charged with making a new Medora wastewater treatment plant a reality told the City Council during its meeting Tuesday that Bully Pulpit is likely the best spot for a proposed new facility.
