Anti-abortion groups at odds over legal tactics

BISMARCK — Abortion-rights lawyers are readying to face a series of anti-abortion laws, including one in North Dakota, meant to challenge the Supreme Court's 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling that established a nationwide right to abortion.
