Emergency responders hall away a “victim” of a simulated plane crash at Dickinson Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport, Wednesday evening. The simulation was a full-scale exercise that the airport, Dickinson Ambulance, Dickinson Rural Fire, Stark County Sheriff’s Department, North Dakota Highway Patrol and 21 volunteers participated in. The last time an exercise like this was conducted was in 2001, said Matthew Remynse, airport manager.
