Dickinson fire officials discuss how to get a car out of the flooded underpass on Third Avenue West Monday evening in Dickinson. A woman who attempted to drive through the flooded underpass before law enforcement could close gates on either side, got stuck in about two feet of water. She was not harmed in the incident.
