Rain can be seen falling around one of the light towers at Southside Municipal Ballpark on Thursday night. Rain delayed a Central Plains Regional American Legion baseball tournament game between Mandan and Sioux Falls (S.D.) East for two hours. The first day of games began at 10 a.m. and did not end until shortly before 1 p.m.
