Meeting


Hundreds of people concerned with the local impact of North Dakota’s oil boom gathered Thursday for a town hall in Belle Fourche, S.D. The meeting included a panel of experts to discuss how the town will prepare to absorb truck traffic and housing for new residents commuting to work on the oil fields.
