Hundreds of people concerned with the impact of North Dakota’s oil boom gathered for a town hall meeting in Belle Fourche, S.D., on Thursday. The meeting included a panel of experts to discuss how the town will prepare to absorb truck traffic and housing for new residents commuting to work in the oil fields.
