As part of their monthly meeting, Stark County Commissioners met Tuesday and discussed planning procedures for a new building that will hopefully solve spacing issues for the Sunrise Youth Bureau, Stark County Social Services, NDSU Stark/Billings County Extension and Stark County Veterans Services.
