Coston, left, and North Dakota University System Chancellor Bill Goetz spoke Friday about an audit of Dickinson State University that showed the school had violated policies and awarded degrees to foreign students who had not met the criteria necessary to earn their degree. The conference happened in the Badlands Activities Center in Dickinson.
