Hettinger-Scranton senior Sean Elkins, back, wrestles Beulah-Hazen junior Logan Eisenbeis on Feb. 11 during the Region 4 tournament at Killdeer High School. Elkins takes a 28-4 record into the Class B state wrestling tournament, where he will try and win his second straight individual championship. Last season, he won the 140-pound title. This season, he is vying for the top spot at 138.
