Sean Elkins puts Adam Dullea of Central Cass in a hole en route to winning the 138-pound Class B state wrestling championship on Feb. 18 at the Bismarck Civic Center. Elkins, a Hebron High School senior who wrestled for Hettinger-Scranton, has signed a letter of intent to wrestle for Dickinson State next season.
