Gasoline prices in the U.S. fell by about a penny over the weekend to $3.927 per gallon, according to auto club AAA, Wright Express and Oil Price Information Service. North Dakota Senator John Hoeven has proposed legislation to ease gas station equipment regulation, believing that by doing so, infrastructure costs will decline and in turn help lower fuel prices.
