Stark County Road Superintendent Al Heiser said he replaced this Dickinson stop sign, pictured Wednesday at the intersection of 32nd Street and 112th Avenue Southwest, six times in the last four months. He added that the sign is one of many being targeting by vandals, thieves and shooters in the area.
