Traffic flows easily along Highway 85 near Interstate 94 at about 2:30 p.m. Saturday. Traffic on Highway 85 increased 124 percent last year, and now the North Dakota Department of Transportation wants to get a better understanding of traffic patterns in the Oil Patch.
