Gas exchangers wait to be installed at the Whiting Oil and Gas Corp. gas processing plant Aug. 31. The gas exchangers will cool off gas vapors and change them into liquid for use. The plant in Belfield is part of North Dakota’s natural gas industry, helping the state to see the lowest average price for three years.
