Dickinson City Engineer Shawn Soehren states Monday at the Dickinson City Commission meeting at City Hall that travelers on Highway 22 should expect delays due to a six- to eight-week construction project at the Museum Drive intersection. Traffic will be reduced to two lanes on both roads, eliminating left turns, he said.
