Al the Pumper, the newest staff member of the Dickinson Convention and Visitors Bureau, pumps away Friday at the CVB office in Dickinson. He traveled from Williston by semi to serve the organization as an interactive advertisement, prompting visitors to ask questions about an oil boom in western North Dakota and its effects.
